The shipping and handling time frame for order delivery are as follow:

2.Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for the items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. International delivery usually takes about 15-20 days. US orders are shipped by e-packet, which is a US Postal Service. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 7-14 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.
3.Track Orders: To provide you with the ease of mind, we have selected shipping partners that will be able to provide you with tracking. You may track the status of your package at our page.
To keep our prices competitive, our products are produced in factories and stored in warehouses in various locations. They are then shipped directly to you without going through any middlemen. As such the products you ordered might be delivered to you in different packages, with separate tracking numbers.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
